"If he doesn't change anything, he'll fly to Pau": Bayrou, a "crazy taxman" for Jacobelli, who wants a dissolution

The National Rally is very upset after François Bayrou's announcements on the 2026 budget . The National Rally is already threatening the Prime Minister with censure at the start of the school year, while the budget is due to be submitted to a vote by parliamentarians.
"If he doesn't budge a single comma from his proposals, François Bayrou will take the first plane back to Pau," RN spokesman Laurent Jacobelli said on RMC this Wednesday. "He promises us tears and blood, tax pressure, and wants to pick the pockets of the French people to make up for a deficit caused by the mismanagement of our leaders for the past 50 years, and an acceleration with the arrival of Emmanuel Macron."
"And François Bayrou turns to the sacrificial victims of the system, the retired, the unemployed, the civil servants: it's lazy and it's weak," adds the very angry MP on RMC Story .
"When we take away purchasing power from retirees, when we tell working people that we're going to tax them, that's when the economy stops moving forward. François Bayrou has sunk into fiscal radicalism, he's become a mad taxman," continues Laurent Jacobelli.

And the National Rally would have the solution to get France out of its difficult economic situation: "We must eliminate bad spending before seeking additional tax revenue."
These bad expenses are immigration and the European Union: "Overwhelming immigration represents 3.4% of GDP in cost. We must stop contributing heavily to the European budget and we must also hunt down bad agencies." On X, Marine Le Pen, leader of the RN, also cites out-of-control subsidies for intermittent energy.
Under these conditions, censorship awaits the government. Unless it listens to the National Rally: "Our goal is not revenge against François Bayrou, it's to protect the French people. If he listens to what we're telling him, there will be no drop in purchasing power, no additional taxes...", insists the MP.
"We must try to convince him, and if he is not convinced, censure him and give France a majority. François Bayrou is not supported by the President of the Republic and does not have a majority. We must dissolve the National Assembly," Laurent Jacobelli called.
